Partyround does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, does not guarantee any participant or transaction, and does not make a chat action or amount indication legally binding. Any investment is governed by separate definitive documents and applicable law.

Paid plans renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Prices, taxes, proration, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Access may continue through the paid period after cancellation, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, bypass permissions, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape data, interfere with security, or use Partyround for fraud, spam, or unlawful financial activity. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Partyround disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address violations. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest version. Stop using the service if you do not agree to an update.
